Toronto West Market Statistics
September 2019 Market stats are out for the Toronto West area, here is a great infographic summarizing some key data points:
📈 The average sale price year to date is $798,824 that is up by 5.47%.
📈 The number of sales year to date is up 10.56% to 6,813.
📈 The average days on the market is 20 days down by 4.76%.
📈 The total active listings is 1,387 down by 9.11%.
📈 The total number of properties sold in September 2019 was 840.

New Tecumseth Market Statistics
TREB has published the market statistics for June 2019 – here are the New Tecumseth numbers:
September 2019 vs. September 2018
The number of active listings in New Tecumseth decreased from 241 to 228 homes or 5.39% in September 2019 over the same month in 2018. 14 less listings came on the Toronto Real Estate Board in September 2019 vs. September 2018 which is a decrease of 9.59%. The number of homes sold decreased by 2 homes or 3.03%. The average days on the market increased by 1 day, from 42 days to 43 days. Average sale prices were up by 7.51%.
Year to Date 2019 vs. Year to Date 2018
The number of homes listed in New Tecumseth, year-to-date decreased by 15 homes or 1.26%. The number of homes sold increased by 67 homes or 12.07%. The average days on the market decreased by 1 day, from 38 days to 37 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 5.27%.
