November 2019 vs. November 2018
The number of active listings in Caledon decreased by 23.86% in November 2019 over the same month in 2018. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in November 2019 vs. November 2018 decreased by 47 homes or 39.83%. The number of homes sold increased by 6 homes or 9.38%. The average days on the market decreased from 32 days to 31 days. Average sale prices were down by 0.66%.

Year to Date 2019 vs. Year to Date 2018
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,779 to 1,851, which is an increase of 4.05%. The number of homes sold increased by 124 homes or 15.25%. The average days on market decreased from 30 days to 29 days. Average sale prices were up by 2.27%.

Toronto West Market Statistics

November 2019 Market stats are out for the Toronto West area, here is a great infographic summarizing some key data points:

📈 The average sale price year to date is $807,624 that is up by 6.26%.
📈 The number of sales year to date is up 9.54% to 8442.
📈 The average days on the market is 20 days down by 4.76%.
📈 The total active listings is 967 down by 27.84 %.
📈 The total number of properties sold in November 2019 was 757.

TREB has published the market statistics for November 2019 – here are the New Tecumseth numbers:

The number of active listings in New Tecumseth decreased from 183 to 155 homes or 15.30% in November 2019 over the same month in 2018. 10 less listings came on the Toronto Real Estate Board in November 2019 vs. November 2018 which is a decrease of 12.20%. The number of homes sold increased by 28 homes or 68.29%. The average days on the market decreased by 1 day, from 43 days to 42 days. Average sale prices were up by 8.45%.

Year to Date 2019 vs. Year to Date 2018
The number of homes listed in New Tecumseth, year-to-date decreased by 28 homes or 2.02%. The number of homes sold increased by 108 homes or 16.17%. The average days on the market decreased by 1 day, from 38 days to 37 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 4.96%.
