June 2019 vs. June 2018

The number of active listings in Caledon increased by 7.95% in June 2019 over the same month in 2018. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in June 2019 vs. June 2018 increased by 10 homes or 5.00%. The number of homes sold increased by 21 homes or 23.60%. The average days on the market remained the same at 24 days. Average sale prices were up by 7.01%.

Year to Date 2019 vs. Year to Date 2018

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,007 to 1,094, which is an increase of 8.64%. The number of homes sold increased by 35 homes or 7.71%. The average days on market increased from 28 to 30 days. Average sale prices were up by 0.59%.

Toronto West Market Statistics

June 2019 Market stats are out for the Toronto West area, here is a great infographic summarizing some key data points:

📈 The average sale price year to date is up 4.05% to $796,852
📈 The number of sales year to date is up 8.12% to 4,487 sales
📈 The average days on the market is down by 5.00% to 19 days
📈 The total active listings is down by 3.11% to 1465

TREB has published the market statistics for June 2019 – here are the New Tecumseth numbers:

The number of active listings in New Tecumseth decreased from 275 to 255 homes or 7.27% in June 2019 over the same month in 2018. 7 more listings came on the Toronto Real Estate Board in June 2019 vs. June 2018 which is an increase of 4.93%. The number of homes sold increased by 23 homes or 37.70%. The average days on the market increased by 3 days, from 35 days to 38 days. Average sale prices were up by 6.08%.

Simcoe - New Tecumseth June 2019 Real Estate Market Stats

Year to Date 2019 vs. Year to Date 2018

The number of homes listed in New Tecumseth, year-to-date decreased by 18 homes or 2.24%. The number of homes sold increased by 52 homes or 15.03%. The average days on the market increased from 35 days to 36 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 0.96%.
